As for fan calls that he should pivot from sports to weather? “It’s my absolute nightmare,” he said. “We’re a little understaffed, like all newsrooms are domestic. That’s why I was in this situation.
“I’m a team player,” he continued. “Of course I would if asked, but it’s my absolute nightmare. I hope to God I’ll never be asked to do that again.”
