4 weather forecast – The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement tonight to advise travelers to be cautious due to fog. Patches of fog are thickening as visibility drops to less than a mile for him. Visibility has been reported to drop to less than a quarter mile in some locations.
One night
The weather is rainy and mild, with temperatures hovering in the high 30s. Rain can be heavy at times, so if you travel tonight, be careful to keep the roads clear of water. The fog will not be as thick as Monday morning, but it will still be present with the rain and mild temperatures.
Tuesday
The heaviest rain will fall in the morning, and will become more dispersed as we head into the afternoon and evening. Total rainfall averages about half an inch or more. Temperatures are going to be a little trickier than originally anticipated. The warm front is forecast to remain near the Ohio border tomorrow afternoon. Parts of the northern suburbs would then remain cooler with temperatures in the high 40s. South of Detroit, temperatures should stay in the low 50s at least by the evening.
Wednesday
This time of year is still mild with mostly cloudy skies and showers. By Friday, temperatures will be close to normal in his late 30s. See the weather forecast details for the weekend and the return of sunshine tonight at 4, 5, 6 and 11 p.m. on Local 4 News.
