atmosphere: There’s a nice buzz of energy in the air outside your room. With the constant stream of hotel check-ins and check-outs, people-watching is easy. The gentle bustle of families celebrating birthdays, couples traveling in groups, and friends celebrating vacations gave the hotel a charming pulse.
dining: Pac-Man is Arcadia’s Sunset Restaurant, which also offers an excellent complimentary breakfast service. Reservations are required in the evenings to enjoy music, delicious sushi, Mediterranean cuisine (you must get the sea bass!), and conversation with the welcoming staff.
What should I do: Explore spas, fitness centers, dirt bike and ATV rentals, and cliff diving, including souvenir shops in Oia village.

atmosphere: When you arrive you’ll be met by charming staff who seem like you’ve known them for years. Cycladic hotels have a familiar elegance, spreading warmth that makes you feel right at home. The crowd consists of mid-sized families, introverted couples, and high-level entrepreneurs seeking a modest (but lofty) retreat. Participants can participate in a variety of activities, but the leisurely lull persuades them to doze off again.
dining: Breakfast is included at Cali Mykonos. Here you can enjoy pastries baked to satisfy your sweet tooth. Cali Restaurant offers the most beautiful plates and haute cuisine using local ingredients, prepared by Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou. If you leave the property, I recommend visiting La Lagosta (to this day, I still dream of their seafood pasta).
What should I do: Pilates by reformer, spa, guided tours to Mykonos highlights, scuba diving, water sports, olive oil tasting experience, terrace yoga, wine tasting at Ano Mera Village.

After being greeted by a herd of mountain goats, you can see Carilo, a real hilltop castle. As you step into this countryside, you’ll feel like you’re magically disappearing into a beach-themed snow globe. Carilo is an acronym for ‘Creating a life to fall in love’ and the resort lives and breathes by this mantra. You can find them carved into walls as installations and written as affirmations everywhere you look. The sun pours over the rock formations, exposing the beauty that nature hides and enhancing the hundreds of olive trees on the property. design: The walls of the colorful lobby are adorned with handcrafted mosaics (repeated throughout the resort). Marble, granite, and stone make up the majority of the structure, but thanks to the wave-like cutouts, there’s a playful freshness to the oasis. A swing near the infinity pool invites you to relax all day long. Open the door to a jacuzzi, pool, and outdoor shower that blends with panoramic views of the resort. The generous suite has a bedroom clad in gray marble that flows into the bathroom. Have an architect recreate it in your space.
