Cincinnati (WXIX) – Light snow in southeastern Indiana.
Snow clings to Interstate 75 in Batesville. It is expected to spread east to downtown Cincinnati by 11 a.m. Monday.
This light snow continues to fall all day until 16:00.
Depending on where you live, you’ll have 0.5 to 2 inches of snow.
Given that many of the roads are still icy or snow covered, this can lead to road problems.
Wind isn’t an issue, so visibility and wind chill aren’t much of an issue with this system.
Temperatures will reach highs in the 20s on Monday.
Looking ahead, dry air will return on Tuesday, but skies will remain cloudy and temperatures will hover in the low 30s and near freezing.
The last day of 2022 will be even warmer, with temperatures expected to return to the 50s on Thursday.
Along with the warm air, there is a high chance of rain from Friday through the end of the year.
Make a plan to bring an umbrella to any New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day celebration or event.
The chance of rain and warm air continues into the first week of 2023.
