When thinking one year ahead, it helps to set some goals. That’s right, even food allergy goals. You may want to regroup on how to stay safer, how to go to school or work, or you may be considering traveling.

You’ll probably want to work with an allergist to see if your child has overcome allergies. Planning is great, but what plans do you have for 2023?

Megan Lavin, host of Megan’s Minute video series on parenting and food allergies, is a big goal-setter and is here to help.

Megan responded to her son: [how we’ll do this]But we intention Please understand it. If I have to make all three meals a day, freeze them, and have the food in the cooler, I will. ”

Megan plans to work on this food allergy goal with the camp leader long before summer camp. “I won’t let him miss his camp this adventure which is a big milestone.”

She is determined to find a way for him to have a fun, safe time and be well nourished. I’m talking

We hope you are inspired by Megan’s goal-setting approach to food allergies. As always, Megan and her Allergic Living welcome your comments on the video on our YouTube channel or on her Facebook/Instagram video post.
