If you prepared (or contributed to) a delicious meal for your family and friends at Christmas, what would you do with the leftover food?

Manhattan-based chef and culinary stylist Ashton Keef has some quick answers.

She appeared on “Fox & Friends” this week to share interesting ways to repurpose holiday leftovers and create amazing meals from carefully selected, cooked and prepared foods.

She paired the sandwich with a bottle of Josh Sellers’ Cabernet Sauvignon for a nice holiday-season wine selection.

She chose this particular wine because the company “is giving back during the holidays. It’s the perfect wine to support and goes well with a roast beef sandwich,” she said.

Keef then demonstrated a recipe for homemade pancakes – simple, easy and delicious.
