I’m sure you’ve organized your life around the intricacies of racket issue calendars, so this must come as quite a shock. When can we expect more restaurant news in December?

It’s true: RRR is available as an early holiday gift, as it won’t be out in the final week of 2022. It’s as up-to-date as it can be by the end of the year, and if I say so myself, there’s still a lot of good stuff here.

After closing down Prieto in October, Chef Alejandro Castillon’s spot is taking off again this week with a new name (Chesas) and a new concept (Vietnamese and Latin tapas).
