The world is talking about sustainability. Some are talking, some are arguing, some are actually doing it. Some do more, some do less. The most important thing is to do something. you. myself. everyone. for our future. Here are 23 ways you can easily adapt your daily habits to start the new year more consciously.

- Spend your money on items, experiences, and people you really enjoy. It will make you feel satisfied and happier in the long run.
- Buy consciously. Consider buying from brands and shops that are committed to sustainable development and reflect your values. It feels good to own and wear items, especially luxury items, knowing that you have good energy behind you.
- Quality over quantity. Please consider one high-quality item that you can use for a long time rather than five trendy items.
- Donate unwanted clothes and items to charity instead of throwing them away. They can be reused and help people in need. I feel better too.
- Recycle garbage properly. Know your local recycling regulations.
- Choose biodegradable alternatives when buying household items.

- Think twice before printing unwanted documents and emails. It can be easily archived digitally instead.
- Use recycled materials when sending packages. Please send a true size box with no extra materials that will just go to waste.
- Plant a tree under the shade that you don’t expect to sit. Support a charity that is close to and connected to your heart. It makes you happy too.
- Teach your children from an early age what it means to grow sustainably. they are our future. Please tell your friends and family too. Inspire them by being a great example.
