Wesley Brownlee, 43, is accused of killing seven men and injuring a homeless woman in a rash of random attacks in California dating back to April 2021.
Brownlee’s seventh victim was identified as Marvin Harmon in an amended criminal complaint prosecutors filed in San Joaquin County Court on Tuesday.
Harmon was allegedly shot by Brownlee in Alameda County on April 16, 2021, according to the complaint. He is scheduled to return to court on his January 3rd.

Court filings on Tuesday included three more murder charges in the deaths of Paul Yeo, Salvador Debdi Jr., Juan Alexander Vazquez, and the attack on the lone survivor, Natasha Latour. It also includes attempted murder.
While murder charges for Harmon’s murder are new, Brownlee was suspected of other attacks, but was never formally charged.

Brownlee is said to have ambushed his victims in parks and sidewalks under night cloaks, with no known motive.
