Raiders bench QB Derek Carr, will start Jarrett Stidham vs. 49ers

HENDERSON, Nevada — The Las Vegas Raiders have Derek Carr, the team’s starting quarterback since 2014, on the bench, first-year coach Josh McDaniels announced Wednesday.
