NFL Week 16 grades: Bengals earn ‘B+’ for wild win over Patriots; Lions get ‘D’ for disheartening loss

In Week 16, the NFL officially became a Winter Wonderland.

The league had eight games that started in freezing temperatures on Saturday. It was so cold in Nashville that the Texans vs. Titans game actually delayed him by an hour as the extreme cold caused rolling blackouts in Tennessee.

Panthers had the coldest home game in franchise history (20 degrees) at kickoff), a 37-23 win over the Lions. The kick was his fifth longest game-winning field goal in NFL history. The Vikings are 11-0 in one-score games this season, his most one-score wins in a single season in NFL history.
