San Francisco and Oakland may be hotbeds for vegan restaurants, but in the Bay Area town of Danville, it’s a little rare to find plant-based options.
But that’s about to change — Sally Virgilio, chef at Swiss Michelin-starred plant-based restaurant KLE, says she plans to open her first vegan restaurant in her hometown of Danville. , The East Bay Times reported. They are still looking for a head chef.
