The Performance Racing Industry (PRI) show is like the little brother to the mega event called SEMA. But if racing is what you're into, it's the perfect event. Because the focus is on going fast and winning races.Held every December in Indianapolis, Indiana, which has a lot of racing history, this event is a little more serious than the SEMA Circus, so I'm not sure if it's a good idea. I've heard good things come in small packages. Well, Fred Warner's killer street/strip Opel GT seems to prove the axiom. Werner knows all about cool cars. street outlaws When no prep kings, But this mostly steel Opel deserves a show of its own. A fully functional street car with turn signals, real glass and everything else you need to hit the road. Most of the suspension duties are handled by Strange Engineering, and Opel runs a 9-inch with custom fab four-link suspension. Opel's engine is a ported 243 head, factory cranks and Summit Racing rods (and pistons) , and an aluminum 5.3 Vortec mill with Steve Morris cams. The long block is topped with a Holley High-Ram intake controlled by the Terminator ECU. Adding a boost to the mix is a pair of VS Racing 62/62 Turbos with all fixings. For higher performance we have the Snow Performance direct injection methanol kit and his NX nitrite system. The powerful LS variant is underpinned by the M&M transmission Powerglide 2 speed. So, if you're cruising around Oklahoma and come across his '70s Opel in crazy orange, you might want to leave it alone.

I have to say I love seeing the big block back under the hood of the factory Camaro. The big inch, big all 632 mil fits snuggly under the hood and makes far more power than the 572 inch big block on the 2022 version.
Ryan Milliken's Cummins diesel-powered 1969 Nova is simply silly on every level. The burnt paint on the passenger side fender should be a clue that this planked Nova is seriously underpowered.
To take advantage of the X275's cubic inch convention, the displacement of the 5.9 liter Cummins engine was reduced to 360 inches using Waggler billet rods, standard Cummins cranks and diamond pistons. A Garrett GTX5533R 85mm turbo provides the boost. The Glacier-Blue diesel is backed up by a Suncoast Turbo 400 transmission. Last October his unconventional Nova clocked 4.285 mph in his No Mercy 13 and he clocked 174.23 mph.
