The new Range Rover Autobiography is bigger than its predecessor, believe it or not. It also looks sharper and more streamlined. Powered by a 3.0-liter turbo petrol (and diesel option), the full-size Langy features classy luxury with reclining rear seats and folding front passenger seats, and lounges for the main occupants. It creates an atmosphere like Equipped with a larger touchscreen, a series of front, back and side mounted cameras and Land Rover's proprietary Terrain Response System, it's an even more optimized version of its previous self.

3. Jeep Grand Cherokee
Perhaps the off-leader's most iconic manufacturer, Jeep has returned to the Indian market with its luxury benchmark, the Grand Cherokee, albeit in locally assembled form.
One of the oldest names in the business, the Grand Cherokee features a more dynamic aluminum monocoque chassis. Clearly un-American, it's powered by a 2.0-liter in-line four-cylinder petrol engine (no diesel available), but it's still pretty punchy, with smashing looks and some of the best ground clearance in the luxury SUV segment. I have it. Yes, it comes with permanent all-wheel drive, so it's designed primarily for on-road use, but its go-anywhere ability isn't affected.
